Policies

ORDERING:

We sell wholesale only. Washington customers must have Reseller Permit on file with us.

Orders can be placed online with our shopping cart. After you submit your order, we will review it and email you an invoice from which you can make your payment.

If you email, fax, or mail your order, please state the product's common name, order code, and quantity.

We always  encourage buying samples of products before ordering a large quantity (please note samples are not returnable or refundable).

It is our goal to ship each order by the next business day; however, due to the varying transit times of the many imported materials on our product list, there may be occasions when a complete order cannot be shipped within this time frame. If this situation occurs, customers will be notified by email within 1 business day of order placement.

TERMS:

Prepayment.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, JCB, American Express and Paypal. You may also pay by check or wire transfer. Returned checks will incur a $25 service charge.

For international orders, all custom duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

SHIPPING:

Our default shipping method is UPS ground for the continental US and USPS for HI,  AK and international orders. If you prefer some other shipping method please let us know at the time you order. We can also ship FEDEX (on request). Shipping charges include insurance.


RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:

If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with a product, it may be returned for replacement, credit on the customer's account, or refund. Product dissatisfaction, shipping errors, or damage in shipping, or your intention to return an item for any other reason must be reported to us within 7 business days of your receiving your order.

For a return or for cancellation of an order already shipped, you must first receive pre-authorization before sending the order  back. For pre-authorization, contact Christopher McMahon at email:

If you are returning a product for any other reason than a defect in the product, shipping error, or damage in shipping, you will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Shipping and insurance for authorized returns of goods for any reason other than shipping error, product defects, or damage during original shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note samples are not returnable or refundable for any reason. Samples are made available as a service to assist customers in judging aromatic preferences before placing larger orders.

Prices are subject to change due to fluctuating market conditions, so check the price webpages for current prices.

Prices are effective as of the "Updated" date on each page.

Bulk pricing for amounts greater than are listed on the products detail page are available upon request.
